Beauty Secrets: Hydrogen is the smallest atom/Some words to reduces stress for the New Year

This month I went to Japan and stayed with my friend who owns Beauty & Health salon in

Tokyo. Recently she added a machine to provide Hydrogen. Clients put a device into

nostril and simply sit and relax for one hour. Hydrogen suction was developed by a

Kanazawa University Takafuji Yasutane teacher (hydrogen is generated by the

hydrogen generating apparatus). Now hydrogen inhale salon became very popular in

Japan.

In 2007, hydrogen has been recognized to be useful to health. In Taiwan, the government approved hydrogen inhalation machine as a health device and every ambulance carrying hydrogen inhalation machine along with oxygen machine.

Root cause of aging and disease ..... is active oxygen. We need oxygen but 2-4% of

oxygen we intake turn into free radical.

Hydrogen is a smallest atom in existence, it composes 90% of the universe and it is a

carrier for electron. Because of the minimum molecular weight on the planet, easily

enters the blood, to every corner of the cells, and then binds only in bad active

oxygen=free radical, then discharged as a water (urine).

While I was in my friend's salon, I experienced a hydrogen bath, hydrogen face mask.

I am very inspired and excited of what I learned Hydrogen does. Now my friend and I

will be working on Hydrogen skin care.

One of the biggest cause of free radicals is "stress" besides pollution.

My solution is to meditate on the following Bible verses:

" Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with

thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.
